Georgina hosted the meeting, starting with a cup of tea, a walk around the gardens, talk about the composting procedures, and ended with a Q&A session. Plants were available

Dominic Hamilton - ‘Painswick Rococo Gardens.
These are gardens located in Stroud, dating back to the 1700’s, and Dominic is the Gardener Director.
Wednesday October 1st
talk by Roger Bailey on his allotment, the problems and positives, demonstration on preparing for winter and taking cuttings from geraniums by Chairman John Chapman and then we finished with a general discussion on the ups and downs of having a long sunny summer.

AGM followed by Horticultural Quiz and mince pies
